Burna Boy, a Grammy winner, is thankful that real life isn’t like social media.
The 40-year-old has responded to claims that he lied about selling out London’s legendary 02 Arena. Recall that Burna Boy announced to the globe that his show had sold out the 20,000-seat venue. He also revealed that he sold the concert tickets at the rates and in the manner that he desired.
Some social media users, however, have accused him of lying about the achievement. Burna Boy never sold out the hall, according to a US entertainer, and just posted that for clout.
Burna Boy responded to the abuse on Twitter this afternoon. In his message, he thanked God for not making real life resemble social media. He also took advantage of the moment to remind his detractors that he has always and will always win big. Burna claims that while he may not be fortunate enough to win on social media, he is extremely fortunate in real life.
He wrote, in his own words:
“I keep thanking God that real life isn’t like Twitter or Facebook. In real life, I always come out on top. Always! “Keep it in mind.”
